Sign up for a volunteer shift (usually 4-5 hours) and you’ll receive a Volunteer Bear Tag good for everything the standard Team Bear Tags receive (except free entry to the FireBall and Sanctuary dances). Click on the Tickets link for a complete list of benefits.

To sign up, click the Volunteer button and tell us what you are interested in volunteering for from the list below. Please include your full name and telephone number. We will email you with a confirmation and additional information.

 

We need help setting up the fair in the morning, gates, volunteer check in, beverage booths, security, and stage areas.

We’ll be passing out flyers, recruiting volunteers, selling bear tags and talking up the fair.

VIP Room security, decor, and catering at our two premiere dance events.
